You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.

All information you provide must be correct, current, and complete.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device settings.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products will meet your expectations or be identical to what is depicted online. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.

Product images on the site are for illustration purposes only. Minor differences between the image and the actual product may exist.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. EBMINI USA reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email.

Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or import charges unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Charges incurred will be honored by your payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase and payment confirmation.

Standard US delivery takes 2–6 business days from the date of dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days from the date of order.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, military conflict, national emergencies, natural disasters, or pandemics, delivery times may be extended by an additional 5–10 business days. We will notify customers as soon as possible if such delays are expected.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The following items cannot be returned: socks, items with opened original packaging, items purchased on sale or with a discount, and gift cards.

Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility ($35 USD), except in cases where the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or does not match the order — in which case EBMINI USA will cover the full return shipping cost.

Refund processing time: Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method. Refunds cover the cost of the product only — original shipping costs are non-refundable.

No restocking fee is charged.

To initiate a return, contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior coordination will not be accepted.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, and design, is owned by EBMINI USA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

The ebmini® trademark is registered with the USPTO. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 — PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, EBMINI USA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EBMINI USA, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

The Services are powered by Shopify. Any purchases are made directly with EBMINI USA. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and EBMINI USA.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You consent to jurisdiction in the courts of Delaware.
